プライバシーポリシー（日本語）
「オトマネ」（以下「本アプリ」）は、お手本と自分の録音を聴き比べて練習するためのiPhone向けアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
1. 基本方針
本アプリの開発者は、利用者から個人情報を収集・送信するサーバーを持ちません。アカウント登録も不要です。録音した音声や設定などのデータは、原則としてお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、開発者に送信されることはありません。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
以下のデータは、お使いのiPhone内（アプリ領域）にのみ保存されます。開発者はこれらにアクセスできません。
- 録音した音声ファイル、および取り込んだお手本音源
- ファイル／フォルダ名、メモ、お気に入り、並び順などの整理情報
- アプリの各種設定（再生速度、表示設定、オンボーディング表示済みフラグ 等）
- 課金（買い切り）の購入状態フラグ
これらは、アプリを削除（アンインストール）すると端末から削除されます。端末のバックアップ（iCloud等）を有効にしている場合、Appleの仕組みによりバックアップに含まれることがあります。
3. マイクの使用
録音機能のためにマイクを使用します。録音した音声は端末内に保存されるだけで、外部に送信されません。 マイクの許可はいつでも「設定」アプリから変更できます。
4. ミュージック（Apple Music／メディアライブラリ）の使用
「お手本」として端末内のミュージックの楽曲を取り込む機能のために、メディアライブラリへのアクセスを求めることがあります。取り込んだ音源はお手本として端末内で利用されるのみです。楽曲データの取り扱いはApple社の規約・プライバシーポリシーに従います。
5. 広告について（第三者による情報収集）
本アプリの無料版では、Google AdMob（Google LLC 提供）による広告を表示します。広告配信・計測のため、Google および提携事業者が、広告識別子（IDFA等）、IPアドレス、おおよその位置、デバイス情報、広告の表示・操作などの情報を取得・利用する場合があります。

- 買い切り（アップグレード）をご購入いただくと広告は表示されず、上記の広告目的の情報取得も行われません。
6. トラッキングの許可（ATT）
iOSの「トラッキングの透明性（App Tracking Transparency）」に基づき、初回にトラッキングの許可を求めるダイアログを表示することがあります。
- 許可した場合: よりあなたに関連性の高い（パーソナライズされた）広告が表示されることがあります。
- 許可しない場合: パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます（広告自体は表示されます）。
- 欧州経済領域（EEA）等では、Googleの同意メッセージ（UMP）により同意を確認する場合があります。
- 許可の状態は「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
7. 課金（App内課金）
本アプリの買い切り（アップグレード）はAppleのApp Store（StoreKit）を通じて処理されます。お支払い情報（クレジットカード番号等）は開発者には一切渡されません。 課金の管理・返金はAppleの仕組みに従います。
8. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを主な対象としていません。保護者の方は、必要に応じてお子様のご利用を管理してください。
9. 利用者の権利・データの削除
端末内のデータは、アプリ内で該当の録音・ファイルを削除するか、アプリ本体を削除することでいつでも消去できます。広告に関するデータについては、上記GoogleのポリシーおよびiOSのトラッキング設定・広告設定（設定＞プライバシーとセキュリティ＞Apple広告 等）から管理できます。
10. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令やアプリの変更に応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新により告知します。

Privacy Policy (English)
“Earback” (the “App”) is an iPhone app for practicing by recording yourself and comparing your take with a reference. This policy explains how information is handled in the App.
1. Overview
The developer of this App does not operate any server that collects or transmits your personal information, and no account is required. Your recordings, settings, and other data are stored only on your device and are not sent to the developer.
2. Information stored on your device
The following is stored only within the App’s area on your iPhone. The developer cannot access it.
- Recorded audio files and imported reference audio
- Organization data such as file/folder names, memos, favorites, and sort order
- App settings (playback speed, display options, onboarding flags, etc.)
- The purchase (unlock) status flag
This data is removed from your device when you uninstall the App. If you have device backup (e.g., iCloud) enabled, it may be included in your backup via Apple’s mechanisms.
3. Microphone
The App uses the microphone for recording. Recorded audio is only stored on your device and is not transmitted externally. You can change microphone permission anytime in the Settings app.
4. Music / Media Library
The App may request access to your media library so you can import songs from Music as a “reference.” Imported audio is used only as a reference on your device. Handling of song data is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
5. Advertising (third-party data collection)
The free version of the App shows ads via Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC). To deliver and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and use information such as advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA), IP address, approximate location, device information, and ad interactions.

- If you purchase the one-time upgrade, ads are removed and this ad-related data collection no longer occurs.
6. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
In accordance with iOS App Tracking Transparency, the App may present a tracking permission prompt.
- If you allow: you may see more relevant (personalized) ads.
- If you don’t allow: you will see non-personalized ads (ads are still shown).
- In the EEA and similar regions, a Google consent message (UMP) may be shown.
- You can change this anytime in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
7. In-App Purchases
The one-time upgrade is processed through Apple’s App Store (StoreKit). Your payment details (such as card numbers) are never shared with the developer. Purchase management and refunds follow Apple’s processes.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not primarily directed at children under 13. Guardians should supervise children’s use as appropriate.
9. Your choices and data deletion
You can delete on-device data anytime by removing the relevant recordings/files in the App, or by uninstalling the App. For ad-related data, you can manage settings via Google’s policies above and iOS tracking/advertising settings.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or app changes. Material changes will be announced by updating this page.
